Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Carrier:
All orders are shipped through USPS.

Shipping Rates:
• Free shipping on orders $100 and over
• $9.99 flat rate on orders under $100

In-Store Pickup:
We offer free in-store pickup at our retail locations for customers who prefer to pick up their order.
Please note: Returns for pickup orders cannot be processed in-store. All returns and exchanges for pickup orders must be completed through our online return process by emailing us at tsakirismallasshoes@gmail.com 

Expedited & International Shipping:
If you need expedited delivery or international shipping, please email us. These options are available by request but not at checkout.

Delivery Time:
Most USPS shipments arrive within 2–5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary.

Order Tracking:
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivered but Not Received:
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us at tsakirismallasshoes@gmail.com We will work with you and USPS to try to accommodate the situation as best as we can.
