EXCHANGES

For exchanges you must first send us an email asking for an exchange. After confirmation of the email please send the shoe ( preferably in the box it arrived) with your own shipping to 8421 5th avenue Brooklyn NY 11209. As soon as the shoe arrives and thorough inspection we will send a replacement size out with our own shipping back to you. We ship domestically with Federal Express. REFUNDS / RETURNS

For returns, please first email us in order to get the process started. No returns on Final Sale items. For refunds, inquires must be made within 2 weeks of receiving the goods; Refunds will not be accepted after the two weeks grace period. Send the shoe to 8421 5th avenue Brooklyn NY 11209.
